When trying to select off-hand weapon from equipment screen abilities pop up. Typically only happens once per entering equipment screen. 

Go into equipment screen, try to select the off-hand weapon or off-hand ring, abilities pop up, clear ability screen/return to equip screen, try to select off-hand again, off-hand item equip screen pops up. 

First noticed after battle but I have gotten it to work straight from start-up.  I have also had it happen after clicking the chest at the bottom, equipping items, going back to main equip screen, then trying to select off-hand item.
