I have to vote Michael & KITT for two reasons: First: Of the pair, Michael and KITT are seem to be the more capable of handling themselves, Marty gets out of scrapes through trickery and assistance of Doc.
But wait you're saying: Marty could just go back in time with the DeLorean and erase Michael from Existence!
Ah says I, that's the second point: Anything Marty might do to outright win the fight via time travel would create a paradox where he didn't need to do that, thus bad mojo would ensue. Therefore it would be a straight up fight, and disregarding the time travel, the DeLorean isn't anything special compared with KITT. And in a brawl pretty sure Marty would be downed easy by Michael.
Marty in general is kind of a coward. I don't see him being able to win in a straight up fight. It is more likely that he would try to avoid it instead. I had not considered that erasing Michael could create a paradox, but in universe it makes sense. I have to go with Michael and KITT on this one.
I would like to take a moment to thank the academy, the members of the hollywood foreign press, and @TheWizard for selecting my entry for this weeks rumble. I'm very honored by this acknowledgement and would like to thanks all the other wonderful entries that were not selected this time around.
Now to the important stuff.
Of course Marty and the DeLorean would win! All they would have to do is get that baby up to 88mph at the start of the fight and travel back to before KITT and Michael were around. Then they find Michael's father and introduce him to a different girl or whatnot just to make sure Michael never comes into existence. OR they immediately travel to the future without any Michael or KITT and spend there days on flying hover boards as the Knight Rider crew spends there days in the cold hard ground. Time Paradoxes be damned, you think what happened in BttF3 didn't cause a paradox? It would be the same thing! Marty, the Delorian, and the flux capacitor win this fight folks!
Going with McFly and the DeLorean just because of the time traveling feature. However, if this were a fist fight, then I think Michael Knight would win.

Michael & KITT michael is a man used to taking on the bad guys using skill and has been trained in combat mcfly as much as i love m j fox is just a boy who uses tricky and luck he runs away from fighting biff so if comes to a straight up fight i see michael winning and if u want cars fighting then kit is much smarter lol
