Thanks to
@Soxrobin for this thread suggestion. This is a branch from the
Wishlist for Mobile Games thread, which is focusing on what you ARE looking for in a mobile game or wish existed in a mobile game. This thread however, can serve as the warnings, the no-no's and the please-do-nots...

I wish I had a mobile game that blended strategy and RPG elements with out a limit to how much I can play. Like waiting hours to replenish resources to rebuild an army that didn't die (clash of clans) or a game where you can only be top dog through micro purchases (Game of War). Both super successful but both so annoying that I quit. Boom beach almost had me but then I had to wait 7 days to buil a turret. Screw that nonsense.
if the continuum was a mobile game I would spend a good bit of money on it again. But alas...

I wish I had a mobile game that didn't... make you pay to win, or pay to progress.
I wish I had a mobile game that didn't... assume it was the only game I wanted to play and that knows that mobile gaming is at its best when you can get into a quick session waiting for a bus, but can spend a lot of time with it when your in the mood -- and that time doesn't have to be active game time, it could be reading material/lore, making fun of the devs on the forums etc etc.
Summoners War, I swear, how do you keep me playing?
Good feedback-- what else mustn't we do?

Us android users want fun times too.
I agree completely with this. I want a game that is not designed for my grandchildren, but for adults, both men and women ages 20 - 120.
I would rather not have a lot of required pay to play items. I like games that if I want to spend money to upgrade, do something faster, or whatever, I can. If I don't, but can earn the same thing over time, that's fantastic.

I wish I had a mobile game that didn't spam me with useless notifications, and would only warn me about the ones I choose to do so.
I wish I had a game that didn't made the management of guilds so painful. Would love to be able to watch a board with graphs/stats of member's contributions and activity in order to know how to proceed and not take any unfair actions.
I wish I had a mobile (rpg) game in which would keep me going back to play it, with more things to progress than my character's gear. If I cant have more battles I could go into a profession to build things, or know where to find the items I need for it, or into an monster "index" to see the ones I fought with and learn more about them through collected stats.
I wish I had a mobile game where I could join a guild and have massive guild battles through the attack and defense of clan keep / fortress / area that was built by the contribution of everyone.
House management (minus pain):
Building things:
And the Bestiary will indeed list monster stats, kills, etc based on both your and the community's performance vs them. Mmmm, stats...
Oh and you'll engage in co-op destruction too. Peek:

All of those graphics look sharp, you're on the right track!
Seems like you guys don't stop surprising us in a good way! Keep up the good work and I'm praying for those Co-Op destructions have House Keeps/Castles soon!
We may just destruct some map features someday-- depends on what you guys decide to band together to do...

Other mobile game annoyances...inefficient use of screen real estate such as large boxes that proclaim essentially nothing.
I also uninstalled one game because they wanted me to ride a dragon in a bikini without a saddle. Seriously, if we are doing bikinis a saddle for the spiny, spiky mount is key. I just could not stop thinking about being poked in the crotch.
Added bonus materials/ vanity stuff/ title application/ expanded content that wasn't exactly "necessary" to play and compete, but definitely "wanted" by all players.
Getting a lopsided advantage is usually par for the course on most IAP for mobile games - some seem to do it right though, like hearthstone.
When you sell exp packs that give you more experience for hours or days you are giving those players an early advantage but its not the end of the world because those players eventually even out with the rest of us because games typically have a level cap. And once at the cap they have to wait for us nubs to catch up to run the high end content anyway so it is whatever.
- Have cash shop game advantages
- Hit a paywall difficulty
- Stopped supporting and updating
- Force you to play nonstop or buy energy
missed the “didn't” part the first first time around :P
